GR Perl Mongers Benefits

Membership in the Grand Rapids Perl Mongers is open to anyone interested in learning about or working with Perl. Benefits of membership include:

• Recognition as more than just a "time-card puncher", but as someone who enjoys developing software.
• Opportunities to meet, learn from, and/or mentor everyone from students to established professionals in the IT industry.
• A lending-library of books from O'Reilly is open to all members. We often get copies of books as soon as they are available. We often note new book releases from O'Reilly at meetings.
• Defrayed costs for meals and lodging at conventions and meetings that the GR Perl Group Sponsors or attends, as funds are available.
